THE 2013 SAILING SEASON IS SOON TO BEGIN
This season runs June 24 thru August 9, 2013.
Registrations will be accepted starting May 1st, 2013
The fee is $60.00 per one week session.
A special ‘Thank You’ to the Pentwater Jr. Women’s Club, Monroe Storage , The Brass Anchor, Charlies Marine, Snug Harbor and Nickel’s Boat Works (of Flint, MI) for their generous support of the Junior Sailing Program!
The program is located on the beach area next to the Village launch ramp at 191 Lake Street. There is a pavilion for shade and a restroom. (See photo below.) The beach provides a smooth launch and landing area for the new sailors. We also have a sailor scholarship program for any student that may need help with the cost. Our goal is to be sure all children have an opportunity to learn to sail. We also offer private lessons for adults and children under 8 years of age.
